  • Red pepper flakes, to taste
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Pat shrimp dry with paper towels and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Cook pasta according to package directions until al dente.
  3. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Sear shrimp until pink, about 2-3 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
  5. In the same pan, add butter and garlic, sauté until fragrant.
  6. Pour in heavy cream, bring to a simmer.
  7. Add Parmesan cheese and stir until sauce thickens.
  8. Return shrimp to the pan, add cooked pasta and toss to combine.
  9. Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
