Description
A delicious combination of ribeye steak and pasta in a rich garlic butter sauce that’s perfect for any occasion.

- 1 lb (450 g) ribeye steak
- 8 oz (225 g) spaghetti or fettuccine
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- ¼ cup (60 ml) beef broth
- ¼ cup (15 g) fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Boil a large pot of salted water until it reaches a rolling boil.
- Add spaghetti or fettuccine to the boiling water and stir gently.
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions for 8-10 minutes.
- Reserve about a cup of pasta water before draining the pasta.
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add olive oil.
- Season the ribeye steak with salt and pepper before cooking.
- Place the steak in the hot skillet and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side.
- Remove the steak from the skillet and cover it loosely with foil.
- In the same skillet, lower the heat and add unsalted butter to melt.
- Add minced garlic to the melted butter and stir constantly.
- Pour in beef broth and let it simmer to reduce slightly.
- Add the drained pasta to the skillet and toss to coat in the sauce.
- Slice the rested steak against the grain and place it on top of the pasta.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm with Parmesan cheese.
Notes
Let the steak rest after cooking to ensure juicy slices. Use reserved pasta water to adjust sauce consistency.
