Description

A comforting dish featuring tender steak bites in garlic butter served over creamy Alfredo fettuccine pasta.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb steak (sirloin or ribeye), cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 4 tablespoons garlic butter
  • 8 oz fettuccine or pasta of choice
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, melt garlic butter over medium-high heat. Add the steak bites and season with salt and pepper. Sear until cooked to your desired doneness.
  2. In a pot, cook pasta according to package instructions.
  3. In the same skillet, reduce heat and add heavy cream, stirring to combine. Slowly add Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy.
  4. Drain the pasta and add it to the skillet, tossing to coat in the sauce.
  5. Serve steak bites over creamy pasta, garnished with chopped parsley.

Notes

Let the steak sit at room temperature for about 20-30 minutes before cooking for better juiciness. Consider saving a little pasta water to thicken the sauce if necessary.
