Description
A comforting dish featuring tender steak bites in garlic butter served over creamy Alfredo fettuccine pasta.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 lb steak (sirloin or ribeye), cut into bite-sized pieces
- 4 tablespoons garlic butter
- 8 oz fettuccine or pasta of choice
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- In a skillet, melt garlic butter over medium-high heat. Add the steak bites and season with salt and pepper. Sear until cooked to your desired doneness.
- In a pot, cook pasta according to package instructions.
- In the same skillet, reduce heat and add heavy cream, stirring to combine. Slowly add Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy.
- Drain the pasta and add it to the skillet, tossing to coat in the sauce.
- Serve steak bites over creamy pasta, garnished with chopped parsley.
Notes
Let the steak sit at room temperature for about 20-30 minutes before cooking for better juiciness. Consider saving a little pasta water to thicken the sauce if necessary.
