Description
Indulge in tender steak bites seared to perfection and enveloped in a creamy, flavorful Parmesan sauce, perfect for any occasion.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 ½ lbs sirloin or ribeye, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon pepper
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon butter
- ½ cup heavy cream
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Season the sirloin or ribeye cubes evenly with salt, pepper, and paprika in a bowl.
- Warm olive oil in a skillet over high heat.
- Add the steak cubes and sear for 2–3 minutes on each side until they develop a crispy, browned crust. Remove the steak bites and set aside.
- Melt 2 tablespoons butter in the same skillet over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Return the seared steak bites to the skillet and toss well in the garlic butter mixture. Remove them again to prepare the sauce.
- Melt 1 tablespoon butter in the skillet, add the heavy cream, grated Parmesan, garlic powder, and season with salt and pepper.
- Simmer the sauce for 2–3 minutes or until it thickens.
- Pour the creamy Parmesan sauce over the steak bites and garnish with freshly chopped parsley. Serve immediately.
Notes
For added flavor, marinate steak in olive oil, salt, and garlic before cooking. Avoid overcrowding the pan for even searing.
