- 1 lb sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 4 tablespoons garlic butter
- 8 oz shell pasta
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the shell pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, melt the garlic butter over medium-high heat.
- Add the steak bites and season with salt and pepper. Cook until browned, about 3-5 minutes.
- Lower the heat and add the heavy cream to the skillet, stirring to combine.
- Gradually add the Parmesan cheese, stirring until melted and creamy.
- Mix in the cooked shell pasta until well coated with the sauce.
- Serve immediately, garnished with fresh parsley.
Notes
For added depth of flavor, marinate the steak briefly in olive oil, salt, and pepper before cooking. Adjust creaminess to your liking.
