Description

Tender steak bites cooked in garlic butter served over shell pasta in a creamy Parmesan sauce.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 4 tablespoons garlic butter
  • 8 oz shell pasta
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the shell pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, melt the garlic butter over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the steak bites and season with salt and pepper. Cook until browned, about 3-5 minutes.
  4. Lower the heat and add the heavy cream to the skillet, stirring to combine.
  5. Gradually add the Parmesan cheese, stirring until melted and creamy.
  6. Mix in the cooked shell pasta until well coated with the sauce.
  7. Serve immediately, garnished with fresh parsley.

Notes

For added depth of flavor, marinate the steak briefly in olive oil, salt, and pepper before cooking. Adjust creaminess to your liking.
