Ingredients
Scale
- 1 pound of sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 tablespoons of garlic, minced
- 4 tablespoons of butter
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Season the steak bites with salt and pepper.
- Add the steak to the hot skillet and cook until browned, about 2-3 minutes.
- Add the minced garlic and butter to the skillet, stirring until the butter melts and the garlic becomes fragrant.
- Cook for an additional minute, being careful not to burn the garlic.
- Remove from heat and garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
Pat the steak dry before seasoning for better browning. Allow the steak to rest after cooking for better moisture retention.
