Description
Tender morsels of steak infused with garlic and butter, perfect for gatherings or cozy dinners.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 ½ lb Steak (top sirloin, strip, rib eye, or filets)
- ½ tsp Kosher Salt
- ½ tsp Pepper
- 1 tsp Rosemary (chopped)
- ½ tbsp Oil (olive, avocado, etc.)
- 5 cloves Garlic (minced)
- 3 tbsp Butter
- ½ tsp Red Pepper Flakes
- Chopped Parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add oil when hot.
- Once heated, add seasoned steak in a single layer and sear for about one minute without moving.
- Stir and cook for an additional minute until browned; total cooking time should be about 3 minutes.
- Remove steak from skillet and lower heat to medium.
- Add butter to the skillet and let melt. Then add garlic and red pepper flakes, stirring for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Return steak bites to the skillet, cooking for an additional 3 minutes to absorb garlic butter flavor.
- Remove from heat, plate, and garnish with chopped parsley.
Notes
Ensure the steak is at room temperature before cooking for even seasoning and cooking. Allow the steak bites to rest after cooking for juiciness.
