Description

Succulent steak bites cooked in garlic butter, perfect for sharing as an appetizer or a main dish.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb steak (sirloin or tenderloin recommended)
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cut the steak into bite-sized cubes. Season generously with salt and pepper.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, melt the butter until it bubbles gently.
  3. Stir in the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Increase the heat to medium-high. Add the steak bites to the skillet in a single layer, cooking for 2-3 minutes without moving them to allow browning. Flip the pieces to sear all sides until cooked to your preferred doneness.
  5. Remove the skillet from heat. Toss the steak bites in the garlic butter. Transfer to a serving dish and sprinkle with fresh parsley.

Notes

Allow the cooked steak to rest for a few minutes after being removed from heat to retain juices. Serve with toothpicks for easy handling.
