Instructions
- Pat steak cubes dry with paper towels and season with salt and pepper
- Heat skillet over high heat and add steak cubes
- Sear steak 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown
- Add butter and minced garlic, cook additional 1-2 minutes
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot
