Ingredients

Scale
  • 200g Lo Mein noodles
  • 2 cups chicken breast, sliced
  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, broccoli, carrots)
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 2 tablespoons garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook Lo Mein noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet or wok, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
  3. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Introduce the sliced chicken into the skillet. Cook until browned and cooked through.
  5. Add mixed vegetables and stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp.
  6. Stir in soy sauce and oyster sauce, mixing everything evenly.
  7. Fold in the cooked noodles, tossing them with the chicken and vegetables.

Notes

Use quality soy sauce and oyster sauce for better flavor. Freshly minced garlic enhances aroma and taste.
