Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breast fillets (approximately 150200 g each)
  • 4 large tortilla wraps
  • 150 g shredded cheddar cheese
  • 80 g shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon sweet paprika
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • Optional toppings: lettuce, tomato, onion, sour cream, salsa

Instructions

  1. Slice the chicken breasts into thin strips and season with salt, black pepper, and paprika.
  2. Heat oil or butter in a skillet over medium-high heat; add chicken strips and cook for 6–8 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
  3. Melt butter in a small pan over medium heat; add chopped garlic and sauté for 1–2 minutes until golden and fragrant.
  4. Lay out tortillas and spread garlic butter over each.
  5. Layer lettuce, sliced tomatoes, cooked chicken strips, and both cheeses on each tortilla.
  6. Roll the tortillas tightly by folding in the sides and rolling from one end to the other.
  7. Toast wraps in a skillet over medium heat for 2–3 minutes on each side until golden and cheese is melted.

Notes

Adjust seasoning to taste and add lemon juice for a zesty twist. Leftovers can be used in salads or grain bowls.
