- 2 chicken breast fillets (approximately 150–200 g each)
- 4 large tortilla wraps
- 150 g shredded cheddar cheese
- 80 g shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon sweet paprika
- ½ teaspoon salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
- Optional toppings: lettuce, tomato, onion, sour cream, salsa
Instructions
- Slice the chicken breasts into thin strips and season with salt, black pepper, and paprika.
- Heat oil or butter in a skillet over medium-high heat; add chicken strips and cook for 6–8 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
- Melt butter in a small pan over medium heat; add chopped garlic and sauté for 1–2 minutes until golden and fragrant.
- Lay out tortillas and spread garlic butter over each.
- Layer lettuce, sliced tomatoes, cooked chicken strips, and both cheeses on each tortilla.
- Roll the tortillas tightly by folding in the sides and rolling from one end to the other.
- Toast wraps in a skillet over medium heat for 2–3 minutes on each side until golden and cheese is melted.
Notes
Adjust seasoning to taste and add lemon juice for a zesty twist. Leftovers can be used in salads or grain bowls.
