Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Wash and roughly chop fresh chilies, removing stems
  2. Peel and mince garlic cloves
  3. Heat oil in a pan and sauté garlic until fragrant
  4. Add chopped chilies and cook for 10 minutes
  5. Add vinegar, salt, and sugar, and simmer for 5 minutes
  6. Blend mixture until smooth in a food processor
  7. Store in a clean, sterilized jar in the refrigerator
