- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 green onions, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat oil in a large wok or skillet over medium-high heat
- Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 30 seconds
- Push garlic to the side and add beaten eggs, scrambling until cooked
- Add cold rice and stir-fry, breaking up any clumps
- Add soy sauce, salt, and pepper, stirring to combine
- Cook for 5-7 minutes until rice is crispy and golden
- Garnish with chopped green onions and serve hot
