Ingredients

- 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 packet active dry yeast
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 cup warm water
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- Grated Parmesan cheese for topping
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix flour, yeast, salt, and sugar.
- Add warm water and olive oil, knead into a smooth dough.
- Let dough rise in a warm place for 1 hour.
- Divide dough into 12 pieces, roll into ropes, and tie into knots.
- Bake at 400°F for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
- Brush with garlic butter and sprinkle with parsley and Parmesan.

- You can prepare the dough ahead and refrigerate overnight.
