  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • Grated Parmesan cheese for topping

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix flour, yeast, salt, and sugar.
  2. Add warm water and olive oil, knead into a smooth dough.
  3. Let dough rise in a warm place for 1 hour.
  4. Divide dough into 12 pieces, roll into ropes, and tie into knots.
  5. Bake at 400°F for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Brush with garlic butter and sprinkle with parsley and Parmesan.
