Description

Delicious Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs with crispy biscuit dough filled with juicy beef and cheddar, topped with garlic and Parmesan.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground beef (80/20 fat content recommended)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 2 cans refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits each)
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Gather the ground beef, cheese, and seasonings.
  2. In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Stir in garlic powder, salt, and black pepper, mixing well.
  3. Preheat the oven according to the biscuit dough directions. Flatten each biscuit into a circle and place a spoonful of the beef mixture and a sprinkle of cheese in the center. Fold the dough over to encase the filling completely.
  4. Arrange the bombs on a baking sheet and brush the tops with melted butter. Bake until golden, usually about 15 minutes or according to biscuit dough instructions.
  5. Sprinkle with a mixture of grated Parmesan cheese and garlic powder while warm.

Notes

Experiment with different cheese types and fillings for unique variations. Ensure not to overfill the bombs.
