- 1 lb ground beef (80/20 fat content recommended)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 2 cans refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits each)
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
Instructions
- Gather the ground beef, cheese, and seasonings.
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Stir in garlic powder, salt, and black pepper, mixing well.
- Preheat the oven according to the biscuit dough directions. Flatten each biscuit into a circle and place a spoonful of the beef mixture and a sprinkle of cheese in the center. Fold the dough over to encase the filling completely.
- Arrange the bombs on a baking sheet and brush the tops with melted butter. Bake until golden, usually about 15 minutes or according to biscuit dough instructions.
- Sprinkle with a mixture of grated Parmesan cheese and garlic powder while warm.
