Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, diced or shredded
  • 1 cup alfredo sauce
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese, plus extra for garnish
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat and sauté minced garlic until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  2. Add diced chicken to the skillet and season with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Cook for 2-3 minutes to blend flavors.
  3. Pour alfredo sauce into the skillet and stir to combine. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Add parmesan cheese and chopped spinach, stirring until cheese is melted and spinach is wilted.
  5. Warm tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave to make them more pliable.
  6. Spoon the chicken alfredo mixture onto each tortilla and sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
  7. Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll up tightly to form a wrap.
  8. In a clean skillet over medium heat, place the wraps seam-side down and cook for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown and crispy.
  9. Serve hot, optionally garnished with additional parmesan cheese.
