Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup buffalo wild wings sauce
  • 8 ounces pasta (your choice)
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken breasts in the crockpot.
  2. In a bowl, mix buffalo wild wings sauce, minced garlic, chicken broth, salt, and pepper. Pour the mixture over the chicken.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  4. Once cooked, shred the chicken with two forks.
  5. Cook the pasta according to package instructions.
  6. Drain the pasta and mix it with the shredded chicken and sauce in the crockpot.
  7. Stir in grated Parmesan cheese until well combined.
  8. Serve with chopped parsley for garnish.
