- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Wooden skewers
Instructions
- Cut chicken into 1-inch cubes
- Mix Parmesan, garlic, olive oil, parsley, oregano, salt, and pepper in a bowl
- Marinate chicken in mixture for 30 minutes
- Thread chicken onto soaked wooden skewers
- Grill or bake at 425°F for 10-12 minutes, turning once

- Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes before use to prevent burning
