Ingredients

- 4 large russet potatoes
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Wash and cut potatoes into even french fry shapes
- Soak cut potatoes in cold water for 30 minutes to remove excess starch
- Drain and pat potatoes completely dry with paper towels
- Toss potatoes with olive oil and seasonings
- Spread on baking sheet and bake at 425°F for 25-30 minutes
- Sprinkle with parmesan cheese in last 5 minutes of baking
