Ingredients

  • 4 large russet potatoes
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Wash and cut potatoes into even french fry shapes
  2. Soak cut potatoes in cold water for 30 minutes to remove excess starch
  3. Drain and pat potatoes completely dry with paper towels
  4. Toss potatoes with olive oil and seasonings
  5. Spread on baking sheet and bake at 425°F for 25-30 minutes
  6. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese in last 5 minutes of baking
