- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Clean mushrooms and slice them.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute.
- Add mushrooms to the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and cook until tender (about 5-7 minutes).
- Remove from heat and stir in Parmesan cheese and fresh parsley.
- Serve warm as a side dish.
