- 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Wash and dry the baby potatoes. Toss them in a large bowl with olive oil, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
- Spread the seasoned potatoes in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Roast for 25–30 minutes, until they turn golden brown and fork-tender.
- While the potatoes roast, melt butter in a pan over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Once the potatoes are roasted, combine them with the garlic sauce in the pan, tossing gently to coat.
- Transfer to a serving platter, garnish with parsley if desired, and serve hot.
Notes
For added flavor, consider adding herbs like rosemary or thyme, or sprinkle chili flakes over the potatoes before roasting.
