- Bag of White Chocolate melts
- 1 cup (240 ml) of Chocolate melts (milk)
Instructions
- Warm the white chocolate melts using a double boiler or a microwave-safe container, following the instructions on the packaging. Similarly, melt the milk chocolate in a separate small container.
- Rinse and pat dry the strawberries, then submerge them in the white chocolate. Lay them on parchment paper, ensuring to leave a small tail with the chocolate before setting each strawberry down to form the ghost shape. Repeat this process with all the strawberries and allow them to set.
- Transfer the melted milk chocolate into a piping bag fitted with a small round tip, or alternatively, use a ziplock bag with a tiny cut in one corner.
- Decorate the strawberries by piping two circular eyes and an oval-shaped mouth on each to make them resemble ghostly figures.
