  • Bag of White Chocolate melts
  • 1 cup (240 ml) of Chocolate melts (milk)

Instructions

  1. Warm the white chocolate melts using a double boiler or a microwave-safe container, following the instructions on the packaging. Similarly, melt the milk chocolate in a separate small container.
  2. Rinse and pat dry the strawberries, then submerge them in the white chocolate. Lay them on parchment paper, ensuring to leave a small tail with the chocolate before setting each strawberry down to form the ghost shape. Repeat this process with all the strawberries and allow them to set.
  3. Transfer the melted milk chocolate into a piping bag fitted with a small round tip, or alternatively, use a ziplock bag with a tiny cut in one corner.
  4. Decorate the strawberries by piping two circular eyes and an oval-shaped mouth on each to make them resemble ghostly figures.
