- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 30 ounces shredded hash browns
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and spray the baking pan with non-stick cooking spray.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine 8 ounces of shredded cheese, Greek yogurt, milk, chicken broth, cream cheese, garlic, salt, and pepper. Stir well to blend all the ingredients together.
- Gradually add 30 ounces of shredded hash browns into the mixture, stirring until the hash browns are fully coated.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking pan, spreading it evenly. Top with the remaining 8 ounces of shredded cheese.
- Bake uncovered for 60 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and lightly browned.
