Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup chopped hazelnuts
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups Nutella
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy
  2. Mix in eggs and vanilla extract
  3. Gradually add flour and salt to create cookie dough
  4. Fold in chopped hazelnuts
  5. Press 2/3 of dough into pie dish
  6. Spread Nutella evenly over cookie base
  7. Crumble remaining dough on top
  8. Bake at 350°F for 40-45 minutes
