Ingredients

- 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup chopped hazelnuts
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups Nutella
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy
- Mix in eggs and vanilla extract
- Gradually add flour and salt to create cookie dough
- Fold in chopped hazelnuts
- Press 2/3 of dough into pie dish
- Spread Nutella evenly over cookie base
- Crumble remaining dough on top
- Bake at 350°F for 40-45 minutes
Notes
- Allow pie to cool completely before serving
- Store in an airtight container for up to 5 days
- Can be warmed slightly before serving for a more gooey texture
- Best served with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream
