Description

  • 2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
  • 2 large lemons, juiced
  • 2 large eggs

Instructions

  1. In a pot, heat the bone broth over medium heat.
  2. Juice the lemons and set the juice aside.
  3. In a bowl, whisk eggs until frothy, then combine with lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  4. Add the cooked basmati rice to the warmed broth.
  5. Slowly temper the egg mixture by whisking in a small amount of warm broth.
  6. Pour the tempered egg mixture back into the pot while stirring, ensuring a smooth consistency.
  7. Add shredded rotisserie chicken and heat through.

Notes
