Instructions
- In a pot, heat the bone broth over medium heat.
- Juice the lemons and set the juice aside.
- In a bowl, whisk eggs until frothy, then combine with lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Add the cooked basmati rice to the warmed broth.
- Slowly temper the egg mixture by whisking in a small amount of warm broth.
- Pour the tempered egg mixture back into the pot while stirring, ensuring a smooth consistency.
- Add shredded rotisserie chicken and heat through.
- Garnish with fresh herbs before serving.
Notes
For a vegetarian option, substitute chicken broth and omit the chicken. Adjust lemon juice based on preference for tanginess.
