Ingredients

Instructions
- Rinse the rice under cold water until the water runs clear.
- In a pot, bring the water or vegetable broth to a boil.
- Add the rice, a pinch of salt, and reduce the heat to low. Cover and cook for about 18-20 minutes or until the rice is tender.
- In a separate pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Once the rice is cooked, fluff it with a fork and stir in the garlic oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, and fresh herbs.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve warm.
