- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 cup cooked white rice
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup nacho cheese sauce
- 1/4 cup chipotle sauce
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella
- 4 large flour tortillas
- Butter or oil for grilling
Instructions
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat for 8–10 minutes. Drain excess grease.
- Add taco seasoning and 1/4 cup of water. Let it simmer for 5 minutes.
- Warm the flour tortillas in a skillet or microwave.
- Lay a tortilla flat and layer cooked rice, seasoned beef, nacho cheese sauce, chipotle sauce, and sour cream on top.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheese before rolling it up.
- Heat a clean skillet, adding 2 tablespoons of shredded cheese at the bottom.
- Place the burrito seam-side down and grill for 3–4 minutes per side until the cheese melts and crisps the outer layer.
- Flip carefully to achieve a golden brown finish.
Notes
Experiment with additional toppings like sliced jalapeños or fresh cilantro for added flavor. Ensure fillings are at room temperature for an easier roll.
