Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 cup cooked white rice
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup nacho cheese sauce
  • 1/4 cup chipotle sauce
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • Butter or oil for grilling

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat for 8–10 minutes. Drain excess grease.
  2. Add taco seasoning and 1/4 cup of water. Let it simmer for 5 minutes.
  3. Warm the flour tortillas in a skillet or microwave.
  4. Lay a tortilla flat and layer cooked rice, seasoned beef, nacho cheese sauce, chipotle sauce, and sour cream on top.
  5. Sprinkle shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheese before rolling it up.
  6. Heat a clean skillet, adding 2 tablespoons of shredded cheese at the bottom.
  7. Place the burrito seam-side down and grill for 3–4 minutes per side until the cheese melts and crisps the outer layer.
  8. Flip carefully to achieve a golden brown finish.

Notes

Experiment with additional toppings like sliced jalapeños or fresh cilantro for added flavor. Ensure fillings are at room temperature for an easier roll.
