Ingredients

- 4 dorado (mahi-mahi) fillets
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 lemons, juiced
- 1 orange, juiced
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, orange juice, minced garlic, parsley, oregano, salt, and pepper
- Place dorado fillets in a shallow dish and pour marinade over them, ensuring even coating
- Marinate for 15-20 minutes at room temperature
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat
- Grill fillets for 4-5 minutes per side until fish is opaque and flakes easily
