Ingredients

- 4 ripe peaches, halved and pitted
- 2 balls of burrata cheese
- 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons balsamic glaze
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
- Handful of arugula or mixed greens
Instructions
- Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat
- Brush peach halves with olive oil and season with salt
- Grill peaches cut-side down for 4-5 minutes until caramelized
- Arrange grilled peaches on a bed of arugula
- Tear burrata and place over peaches
- Garnish with fresh basil leaves
- Drizzle with balsamic glaze and olive oil
- Season with salt and pepper to taste
