- 4 ripe peaches
- 6 cups mixed salad greens
- 1/2 cup crumbled goat cheese
- 1/4 cup toasted almonds

Instructions
- Wash and halve peaches, removing the pit
- Brush peaches with olive oil and season with salt and pepper
