- 4 ripe freestone peaches
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- Vanilla ice cream for serving
- Fresh mint leaves (optional)
Instructions
- Wash and halve peaches, removing the pit
- Brush peaches with melted butter and sprinkle with cinnamon
- Grill peaches cut-side down for 3-4 minutes until caramelized
- Drizzle with honey and serve warm with vanilla ice cream

- Choose ripe but firm peaches for best results
