Instructions

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat (or oven to 425°F if cooking indoors).
  2. Toss all vegetables with olive oil, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
  3. Place vegetables in a grill basket or on a foil-lined sheet pan if using the oven.

  5. While vegetables cook, grill the venison sausages for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until internal temperature reaches 160°F. If using the oven, cook them for 15-20 minutes, turning once.
  6. For the honey thyme drizzle, mix honey, thyme leaves, and lemon juice in a small bowl.
  7. Serve the grilled sausages over the roasted vegetables and drizzle with the honey thyme mixture.
