Ingredients

- 1 pound ground beef
- 2 cups noodles or sliced potatoes
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup milk
- 2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: chopped onions, garlic, and other seasonings
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. If using, add chopped onions and garlic and sauté until softened.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked ground beef, noodles (or potatoes), cream of mushroom soup, milk, and half of the cheese. Mix well.
- Pour the mixture into a greased casserole dish.
- Top with the remaining cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 30-40 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
For a richer taste, substitute evaporated milk for regular milk. Consider adding vegetables or spices to customize the dish further.
