- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cups cooked pasta (your choice)
- 1 can (15 oz) diced tomatoes
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your preferred type)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef and chopped onion until the beef is browned and the onion is tender. Drain any excess fat.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked beef mixture with cooked pasta, diced tomatoes, cream of mushroom soup, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese on top of the casserole.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
