Ingredients

  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cups cooked pasta (your choice)
  • 1 can (15 oz) diced tomatoes
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your preferred type)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef and chopped onion until the beef is browned and the onion is tender. Drain any excess fat.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the cooked beef mixture with cooked pasta, diced tomatoes, cream of mushroom soup, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish.
  5. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top of the casserole.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
