- 8 ounces egg noodles
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 cup beef broth
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chopped onion and garlic, and sauté until softened.
- Add ground beef to the skillet and cook until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Stir in cream of mushroom soup, beef broth, and salt and pepper. Simmer for about 5 minutes.
- Meanwhile, cook egg noodles according to package instructions. Drain.
- Remove skillet from heat and stir in sour cream until well combined.
- Serve the beef mixture over the cooked egg noodles and garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
Notes
