Ingredients

Instructions
- Prepare all vegetables by chopping and dicing them into uniform sizes.
- Heat oil in a large pot over medium heat.
- Add onions and bell peppers, sautéing until softened.
- Add corn and broth, bringing to a simmer.
- Cook until vegetables are tender.
- Add peas during the last few minutes of cooking.
- Finish with fresh cilantro and lime juice.

Notes
