Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pack of gyoza (dumplings)
  • 4 cups vegetable broth
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1 cup bok choy or spinach

  1. In a large pot, bring the vegetable broth to a boil.
  2. Add the sliced mushrooms and carrots, and simmer for about 5 minutes until they start to soften.

Notes

Consider adding extra seasonings like ginger or garlic for a flavor boost. Leftover gyoza can also be used for a twist.
