- 1 (30-ounce) can fruit cocktail in juice
- 1 (20-ounce) can pineapple chunks in juice
- 1 (8-ounce) can mandarin orange slices
- 1 (10-ounce) bag mini marshmallows
- 1 (24-ounce) container of sour cream
- 1 box orange-flavored gelatin
Instructions
- Pour all the fruit cocktail, pineapple chunks, and mandarin oranges into a colander. Allow the juices to drain for at least four hours.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the sour cream with the orange-flavored gelatin. Stir until the mixture is fully blended.
- Add the drained fruit and mini marshmallows to the bowl. Gently stir to coat the fruits and marshmallows with the creamy mixture.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least one hour; however, four hours or overnight improves flavor.
- Stir before serving. Serve chilled as a refreshing side dish or dessert.
Notes
For best flavor infusion, refrigerate overnight. Experiment with different fruit combinations for a unique twist.
