Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 1/4 cup sugar (for coating)
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon (for coating)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
  2. Add in the water and coconut oil, stirring until a dough forms.
  3. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  4. Shape the dough into small bite-sized pieces and place them in the air fryer basket.
  5. Cook for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown.
  6. In a separate bowl, combine the remaining sugar and cinnamon.
  7. Once the churro bites are done, roll them in the sugar-cinnamon mixture.
