- 1/2 cup (120 ml) unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon (5 ml) baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon (3 ml) salt
- 1/2 cup (120 ml) semisweet chocolate chips
Instructions
- Turn on the oven, setting it to 350°F, and apply non-stick spray to a muffin tin.
- In a medium-sized bowl, crush the ripe bananas.
- Mix in the maple syrup, vanilla extract, egg, vegetable oil, and Greek yogurt.
- In a separate, smaller bowl, combine the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt by whisking them together.
- Gently blend the dry mixture into the banana mixture until just integrated.
- Stir in the chocolate chips.
- Evenly distribute the batter into the 12 sections of the muffin tin.
- Place in the preheated oven and bake for 18-20 minutes, ensuring they’re fully cooked.
- Keep any remaining bars in a sealed container.
