- 2 medium ripe bananas, mashed (1 cup (240 ml) mashed)
- 2 cups (480 ml) rolled oats

- 1 1/2 tsp (7.5 ml) baking powder
- 1/2 tsp (2.5 ml) baking soda
- pinch of salt
- 1/2 cup (120 ml) dairy-free chocolate chips
Instructions
- Set your oven to 400°F to warm up. Coat your muffin tin with oil or line it with muffin papers, then lightly spray the liners to prevent sticking.
- Place all the ingredients, except for the chocolate bits, into a blender or food processor and blend until mostly smooth.
- Use a spoon to incorporate the chocolate pieces into the mixture.
- Pour the prepared batter into the muffin tin, and if desired, sprinkle additional chocolate bits on top.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the tops begin to turn a light golden color. Avoid overcooking.
- Let the muffins cool in the tin for about 10 minutes before transferring them to a cooling rack.
