  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) dark chocolate chips (45 grams)

Instructions

  1. Line an 8×8 inch baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, add 1 cup of rolled oats.
  3. Add 1/2 cup almond flour to the oats.
  4. Add 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder to the mixture.
  5. Stir in 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon and 1/4 teaspoon salt.
  6. In a separate bowl, mash 1 large ripe banana until smooth.
  7. Add 1/4 cup maple syrup to the mashed banana.
  8. Mix in 1/4 cup natural peanut butter until well combined.
  9. Add 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt to the wet ingredients and mix thoroughly.
  10. Stir in 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
  11. Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients.
  12. Mix until fully combined and a dough forms.
  13. Fold in 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips evenly throughout the dough.
