- 1/4 cup (60 ml) dark chocolate chips (45 grams)
Instructions
- Line an 8×8 inch baking dish with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, add 1 cup of rolled oats.
- Add 1/2 cup almond flour to the oats.
- Add 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder to the mixture.
- Stir in 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon and 1/4 teaspoon salt.
- In a separate bowl, mash 1 large ripe banana until smooth.
- Add 1/4 cup maple syrup to the mashed banana.
- Mix in 1/4 cup natural peanut butter until well combined.
- Add 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt to the wet ingredients and mix thoroughly.
- Stir in 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
- Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients.
- Mix until fully combined and a dough forms.
- Fold in 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips evenly throughout the dough.
- Transfer the dough to the prepared baking dish.
- Press the dough evenly into the dish using a spatula.
- Refrigerate the mixture for at least 2 hours until firm.
- Once set, lift the dough from the dish using the parchment paper.
- Cut into squares of desired size.
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
