  • 2 medium ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt (120 ml)
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips (90 g)
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Line an 8×8 inch baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, unsweetened cocoa powder, and a pinch of salt.
  3. Add almond butter and honey to the dry ingredients.
  4. Pour in the vanilla extract.
  5. Add the mashed bananas to the mixture.
  6. Mix until all ingredients are well combined.
  7. Stir in the plain Greek yogurt until fully incorporated.
  8. Fold in the dark chocolate chips.
