Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wash the potatoes thoroughly and pat them dry.
  3. Cut each potato in half lengthwise.
  4. Drizzle olive oil over the potatoes and sprinkle with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  5. Wrap each potato half in aluminum foil.
