Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Wash the potatoes thoroughly and pat them dry.
- Cut each potato in half lengthwise.
- Drizzle olive oil over the potatoes and sprinkle with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Wrap each potato half in aluminum foil.
- Place the wrapped potatoes on a baking sheet and bake for about 45-60 minutes, or until fork-tender.
- Remove from the oven, unwrap, and garnish with fresh herbs before serving.
Notes
For a crispy exterior, remove the foil during the last 10-15 minutes of baking. You can prep potatoes in advance and store them in the refrigerator until ready to bake.
