  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) peanut butter powder (PB Fit, PB2 or Clean Simple Eats powdered peanut butter)
  • 1 Tablespoon (15 ml) peanut butter
  • 1/2 Tablespoon (8 ml) maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup (120 ml) Lily’s dark chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon (5 ml) coconut oil
  • Flaky sea salt, for topping (optional )

Instructions

  1. Combine the Greek yogurt, peanut butter powder, peanut butter, and maple syrup in a bowl. Mix thoroughly.
  2. Using a medium-sized cookie scoop, portion the mixture onto a plate or a small baking tray lined with parchment paper, resulting in six bites.
  3. Freeze the bites for about 10-20 minutes until they are firm to the touch.
  4. Melt the dark chocolate chips along with the coconut oil. Dip each frozen yogurt bite into the melted chocolate to cover them completely.
  5. Optionally, sprinkle with flaky sea salt and place them in the refrigerator to allow the chocolate to harden before serving.
  6. Keep the yogurt bites refrigerated and enjoy them within 3-4 days.
