- 1/2 cup (120 ml) full fat Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) peanut butter powder (PB Fit, PB2 or Clean Simple Eats powdered peanut butter)
- 1 Tablespoon (15 ml) peanut butter
- 1/2 Tablespoon (8 ml) maple syrup
- 1/2 cup (120 ml) Lily’s dark chocolate chips
- 1 teaspoon (5 ml) coconut oil
- Flaky sea salt, for topping (optional )
Instructions
- Combine the Greek yogurt, peanut butter powder, peanut butter, and maple syrup in a bowl. Mix thoroughly.
- Using a medium-sized cookie scoop, portion the mixture onto a plate or a small baking tray lined with parchment paper, resulting in six bites.
- Freeze the bites for about 10-20 minutes until they are firm to the touch.
- Melt the dark chocolate chips along with the coconut oil. Dip each frozen yogurt bite into the melted chocolate to cover them completely.
- Optionally, sprinkle with flaky sea salt and place them in the refrigerator to allow the chocolate to harden before serving.
- Keep the yogurt bites refrigerated and enjoy them within 3-4 days.
