  • 1/2 cup (90 g) dark chocolate chips or chunks

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Line an 8×8 inch (20×20 cm) baking pan with parchment paper.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the creamy peanut butter and Greek yogurt until smooth.
  4. Add the light brown sugar and honey to the mixture and stir well.
  5. Mix in the vanilla extract and the egg until fully incorporated.
  6. In a separate bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  7. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring until just combined.
  8. Fold in half of the dark chocolate chips or chunks into the batter.
