- 1/4 teaspoon (1 ml) salt
- 1/2 cup (90 g) dark chocolate chips or chunks
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Line an 8×8 inch (20×20 cm) baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the creamy peanut butter and Greek yogurt until smooth.
- Add the light brown sugar and honey to the mixture and stir well.
- Mix in the vanilla extract and the egg until fully incorporated.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring until just combined.
- Fold in half of the dark chocolate chips or chunks into the batter.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan, spreading it evenly.
- Sprinkle the remaining dark chocolate chips or chunks over the top of the batter.
- Use a knife or skewer to gently swirl the chocolate into the batter.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Allow the blondies to cool in the pan on a wire rack for at least 10 minutes.
- Remove the blondies from the pan using the parchment paper and let them cool completely.
- Cut into squares and serve.
