- 1 teaspoon baking powder (5 g)
- 1/4 teaspoon salt (1.5 g)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (5 ml)
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips or chunks (90 g)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Line an 8×8-inch (20×20 cm) baking dish with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the peanut butter and Greek yogurt.
- Add the honey or maple syrup and stir until smooth.
- Sift in the cocoa powder, whole wheat flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Stir until all ingredients are well combined.
- Add the vanilla extract and mix thoroughly.
- Fold in the chocolate chips or chunks.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish.
- Spread the batter evenly with a spatula.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes.
- Check doneness by inserting a toothpick; it should come out mostly clean.
- Remove from oven and allow to cool in the pan.
- Once cool, lift out using the parchment paper.
- Cut into squares and serve.
