- 1 package Oreo cookies
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 package cream cheese (8 oz), softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup whipped cream (or cool whip)
- 1 package instant lemon pudding mix (3.4 oz)
- 2 cups milk
- Lemon zest (for garnish, optional)
Instructions
- Crush the Oreo cookies into fine crumbs and mix with melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9×13 inch pan to form the crust.
- Beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add in the powdered sugar and mix until well combined.
- Fold in the whipped cream until the mixture is smooth and fluffy. Spread this layer over the Oreo crust.
- Whisk the lemon pudding mix with milk until it thickens. Pour the lemon pudding over the cream cheese layer and spread evenly.
- Refrigerate for at least 240 minutes or until set.
- Garnish with lemon zest if desired before serving. Enjoy!
