Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1 package cream cheese (8 oz), softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup whipped cream (or cool whip)
  • 1 package instant lemon pudding mix (3.4 oz)
  • 2 cups milk
  • Lemon zest (for garnish, optional)

Instructions

  1. Crush the Oreo cookies into fine crumbs and mix with melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9×13 inch pan to form the crust.
  2. Beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add in the powdered sugar and mix until well combined.
  3. Fold in the whipped cream until the mixture is smooth and fluffy. Spread this layer over the Oreo crust.
  4. Whisk the lemon pudding mix with milk until it thickens. Pour the lemon pudding over the cream cheese layer and spread evenly.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 240 minutes or until set.
  6. Garnish with lemon zest if desired before serving. Enjoy!
