- 1/2 teaspoon (3 ml) baking powder (2 grams)
- 1/4 teaspoon (1 ml) baking soda (1 gram)
- 1/4 teaspoon (1 ml) salt (1 gram)
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) chocolate chips (45 grams)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth.
- Add the Greek yogurt, almond butter, honey, eggs, and vanilla extract to the mashed bananas.
- Whisk the wet ingredients together until well combined.
- In another bowl, mix the oat flour, rolled oats, protein powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring until just combined.
- Fold in the chocolate chips gently with a spatula.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan, spreading it evenly.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Remove from the oven and let cool in the pan for about 10 minutes.
- Transfer to a wire rack to cool completely before slicing.
- Cut into squares and serve.
