- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
- 1 cup heavy cream or milk
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour

Instructions
- Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the diced onion and minced garlic, stirring until softened, about 5-7 minutes.
- Incorporate the diced carrots and celery, cooking until they start to soften.
- Add the shredded chicken, followed by the chicken broth and frozen peas. Stir in dried thyme and rosemary.
- Bring the mixture to a simmer and allow it to meld.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the heavy cream or milk with the all-purpose flour until smooth. Gradually add this mixture to the pot, stirring continuously.
- Allow to simmer for an additional 10-15 minutes until thickened. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
